A racetrack
through the Strip
The circuit runs through one of the busiest pedestrian environments in the country. Street closures reshape the normal routes between hotels, casinos and venues, requiring crossings, corridors and queues to be carefully planned before racing begins.
And the audience never stops moving. Ticketed race guests, hotel guests and everyday Strip traffic share the same footprint across multiple show nights. Pedestrian operations have to work through ingress, racing and egress—then adjust in real time as crowd volumes and conditions change.
Moving a
city on foot
It takes 1,750 temporary lights to make the Strip Circuit raceable after dark, plus 3,500 barrier blocks along 6.2 km of public road.
