An international sailing league racing identical F50 foiling catamarans at speeds over 50 knots. Silverback has supported the series in San Francisco, Bermuda and Chicago, helping bring the shoreside experience to life. In San Francisco, racing takes place within sight of shore, with a spectator village along the waterfront.

The racing happens on the water, but the event lives on shore. Silverback helps transform active waterfronts into temporary spectator venues, bringing together hospitality, viewing areas, brand activations and back-of-house operations within complex, space-constrained environments.
Across San Francisco, Bermuda and Chicago, each waterfront brings its own agencies, permitting requirements, suppliers and site conditions. The challenge is delivering a consistent SailGP shoreside experience while adapting the operation to the realities of each location.

The F50's outright speed record — 62 mph. Freeway speed, on open water, with no engine: the boat sails close to three times faster than the wind driving it.
