SF Pride
One of the largest LGBTQ+ gatherings in the world, held in San Francisco every June since 1970. The parade runs down Market Street to Civic Center, where a two-day celebration fills the plaza with stages, vendors and hospitality.

Pride brings two major productions together across one downtown footprint: a parade moving down Market Street and a two-day festival at Civic Center. Each has its own production needs, while both require close coordination with police, fire, transit, public works and other city partners.
Civic Center transforms into a full-scale festival environment with stages, vendors, hospitality and brand activations running simultaneously. With the parade and festival operating across the same downtown footprint, staffing, logistics and crowd management have to work in sync before strike returns Civic Center to the city.
